Dispute resolution procedure

If you have any technical problems/issues, please contact support team of UAB Globopay (“Globopay”, “we”, “us” or “our”). UAB Globopay wants to address your concerns without resorting to formal legal proceedings, if possible. Please contact us by email: [email protected] or telephone: +370 66752135. If you have any concerns with our services (not connected with technical issues), please send us an email ([email protected]). The letter commences the internal dispute resolution procedure. The Globopay will attempt to resolve the dispute internally as soon as possible. The Globopay will make every effort to respond your letter in 15 (fifteen) business days. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute (which discussions shall remain confidential and be subject to applicable rules protecting settlement discussions from use as evidence in any legal proceeding).

In the event the dispute cannot be resolved satisfactorily, and you wish to assert a legal claim against the Globopay, then the dispute may be submitted by you to relevant Lithuanian district court.

The legal regulation of the disputes is carried out on the basis of the legislation of Lithuania.
